Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Kalima360 ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing communication agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and the message you write. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting server automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running properly.
- Preferences: we store a small cookie that remembers your chosen language (English or Arabic).
- Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, where people click and how far they scroll. These tools collect information such as your approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Clarity may also record anonymised sessions of your visit. Text you type into the contact form is masked and is not captured.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you.
- To protect the website against spam and misuse (for example, the quick check on the contact form).
- To maintain, secure and improve the website, including understanding which content is useful (analytics).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Legal basis
We process your information because you asked us to contact you (your request and our legitimate interest in responding), and to meet our legal obligations. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it first.
4. Cookies
This website uses two kinds of cookies:
- A language-preference cookie, which is necessary for the site to remember the language you selected.
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which help us understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or use analytics data for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but it may not remember your language.
5. Third-party services
Some content is delivered by trusted third parties, which may receive your IP address when your browser loads it:
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare cdnjs (fonts and icons).
- YouTube or Vimeo, when you play a case-study video (we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode).
- WhatsApp, if you choose to chat with us through the WhatsApp button.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC), for website traffic and usage statistics. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), for website usage analytics and session recordings. Microsoft's privacy statement is available at privacy.microsoft.com.
Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy.
6. Sharing your information
We only share your information with service providers who help us operate the website and our email (such as our hosting provider), and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law or by a competent authority.
7. Data retention
Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and are then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, or to stop or limit how we use it.
- Withdraw any consent you have given.
To make a request, email us at info@Kalima360.com. We will respond within the time required by law.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
12. Contact us
If you have any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at info@Kalima360.com.
